Our Mission

To lead people into a growing relationship with Christ...

  • Our Vision

To be a Christ centered church for Christian discovery, development and experience by sharing the message of Jesus Christ in word and deed to our community and beyond...

  • Our Strategy

To be a missional church.

Jesus told us to go into all the world and be his disciples, but many churches today have inadvertently changed the "go and be" command to a "come and see" appeal. We have grown attached to buildings, programs and a wide variety of goods and services designed to attract and entertain people. Missional is a term used to describe what happens when we replace the "come and see" invitations with a "go to them" life. A life where we transform ourselves to be totally focused on sacrificially living for Jesus Christ and others. We adopt a missionary lifestyle in relation to our culture and community.

"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building  up of the body of Christ."  Ephesians 4:11-12

As believers and followers of Jesus Christ, each of us has been called to be a minister of the gospel. We don't want our members to come and watch others do all of the ministry. It is our mission to help each member grow their relationship with Christ and to discover and use their spiritual gifts to be an effective minister. Whether you want to specialize in an area of ministry or serve as a greeter, there are many "ministry needs" at ENS that can use your gifts to build up the body of Christ.
