Worship Service: Sunday 10:30am
Everyone Is Welcome
A.T.T.I.C. Sunday Nights
6:00pm - 7:30pm
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. He is the Creator and Ruler of the universe.
(Genesis 1:1,26-27; 3:22; Psalm 90:2; Matthew 28:19; 1 Peter 1:2; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God to all mankind. Humans, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, were guided to write the Bible. Since it was inspired by God then it is without error. It is the single source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.
(2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21; 2 Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105,160; Proverbs 30:5)
We believe Jesus Christ, the Son of God, shed His blood on the cross for all mankind’s sin. Salvation is a gift from God. You can’t earn it through good works or behavior. God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as payment for their sin. Eternal life begins the moment a person receives Jesus Christ into their heart and life.
(Luke 24:27; John 3:3,16-17; Romans 8:16; 10:13-15; Ephesians 2:8-9; 4:24; Titus 2:11-12; 3:5-7)
We believe the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, equal with the Father and the Son of the Trinity. We believe the Holy Spirit lives in and seals all believers in Christ from the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit guides, indwells, inspires, reveals and continues the work and ministry of Jesus Christ through us. We seek to live under His control daily. The Holy Spirit also bestows specific spiritual gifts upon every believer for a more effective ministry.
(2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13; 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:12; 3:16; Ephesians 1:13; 5:1; Galations 5:25)
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the second person of the Trinity. He is fully man and fully God. He became flesh and lived on earth. He lived a perfect, sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of men by physically dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended into Heaven and will return again to earth to claim His victory and reign as King of kings and Lord of lords.
(John 1:1,14,18; 5:18; Hebrews 1:2-3; 1 John 5:20; 1 Timothy 2:5; 1 Corinthians 15:1-5; Philippians 2:9-11)
We believe the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The church is not a physical building where members meet. The church is the members (believers) who have trusted jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. The purpose of the church is to spread the “Good News”, the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world, thus glorifying God. We are the church and we represent the church everywhere we go in our daily lives.
We believe all Christians should live a life that is pleasing to God and not for ourselves. We believe studying Gods Word daily and yielding to the Holy Spirit will empower every believer and will allow them to grow spiritually. We have an obligation to seek to make the will of Christ supreme in our lives. We should work to provide for the needy, the sick, the abused, the aged, the helpless and the orphaned.
